This event format in the past has proven to be one of the more popular college bass fishing events of the year. And for the second year in a row, it will be hosted by the Russellville Arkansas Tourism & Visitor’s Center on Lake Dardanelle.

(Mar 24, 2017 - Russellville, AR.) As many as 400 pros and co-anglers are set to compete in the Costa FLW Series Central Division opener on Lake Dardanelle, March 30-April 1. The tournament, which is presented by T-H Marine, is the first of three regular-season events scheduled in the Central Division. Pros will be competing for a top award of up to $46,000 in cash and a new Ranger Z518C boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude outboard.

(Mar 24, 2017 - Hartwell,GA) History was made this past weekend at the YETI FLW College Fishing Southeastern Conference tournament on Lake Hartwell as the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) bass-fishing team of Jaci Skipper of Taylor, Alabama, and Ryleigh Tyson of Savannah, Georgia, became the first all-female team to ever qualify for the YETI FLW College Fishing National Championship.

(Mar 24, 2017 - Lake Livingston, TX) The FOG was nasty, but that didn't stop Curtis Jordan & Brandon Flowers. They reported having their 22.19 lb. limit of bass by 9:00am Saturday morning on Lake Livingston.

(Mar 24, 2017 - Houston County Lake, TX) There were 13  teams that came out to fish the first of 23 Tuesday night events on Lake Houston and the Team of Tommy Brooks & Lance Lyles took first place with a limit of bass the weighed 15.40 lbs. The also caught the biggest bass of the evening tipping the scales for 4.03 lbs. They won a total of $685.00 for their evening on the water.

(Mar 12, 2017 - LEESBURG, FL) Rookie pro Bradley Dortch of Atmore, Alabama, brought a five-bass limit weighing 22 pounds, 2 ounces to the scale Sunday to win the FLW Tour at the Harris Chain of Lakes presented by Ranger Boats. Dortch’s four-day total of 20 bass weighing 73-9 gave him the win by a narrow 1-pound, 12-ounce margin over second-place pro J.T. Kenney of Palm Bay, Florida, and earned him $100,000 in a dramatic finale to the four-day tournament that featured 163 of the best bass anglers in the world.

(Mar 11, 2017 - ) Folks, I’ve never caught the quality bass in my lifetime I have caught the past thirty-one days.  For full disclosure I have never in my lifetime fished as much as I have the past thirty-one days.  The connection has to be – the more one fishes, the more opportunity one has to catch quality bass.  Another aspect to catching quality fish is one must fish where quality fish are located.

The rain could not squelch these avid anglers from catching loads of big bass and bringing multiple double digit kickers to the scales. Weights of the top teams were stacked so tight merely drops of water separated them. Father and son Rick & Adam Clark came out on top winning over $25,000.

FLW Tour pro Buddy Gross of Chickamauga, Georgia, weighed a five-bass limit totaling 23 pounds, 7 ounces, Saturday to claim top honors at the Costa FLW Series Southeastern Division tournament on Lake Seminole presented by Mud Hole Custom Tackle. Gross’ three-day total of 15 bass weighing 64 pounds, 11 ounces, was enough to earn him $52,200.
