The cold front that blew in late Friday night certainly didn’t do us any favors as far as fishing went Saturday. But, in spite of the early strong winds and cold temperatures nine of our ladies managed to bring in a few fish.
Norma Ussery took 1st Place and Big Bass with 2 fish for a total weight of 5.58 lbs. Her big bass weighed 3.96. Jan Bruner finished in 2nd Place with 2 fish and a total weight of 5.52 lbs. Pam Rodden came in 3rd with 2 fish and a total weight of 4.52 lbs.
The sun finally came out around noon but the temperatures never did warm up much. We certainly were glad to see our friend Patty back with us. Patty hasn’t fished with us since the early spring. She also had a good day fishing with 2 nice fish, taking 4th Place and a total weight of 4.43 lbs.
| 5th Place | Cintia Crumley | 4.33 lbs. |
| 6th Place | Cindy Strong | 3.25 lbs. |
