Meridian Yachts is pleased to announce five new additions to its industry-leading network of dealer representatives. Each of the five new partners represents an incremental geographic market for Meridian, expanding the sales and service network for current and prospective customers alike.
“We’re thrilled to be adding dealers of this caliber to our existing network of dealer-partners. Many of these dealers are icons in the marine industry, and several have long histories with Sea Ray Group and Brunswick. They’ll be phenomenal ambassadors for the Meridian brand,” said Rob Parmentier, president of Sea Ray Group.
The new Meridian Yachts dealers include:
- Russo Marine – Founded in 1940; Larry Russo, principal. Representing Meridian in Boston and Medford, Mass.
- B&E Marine – Founded in 1953; Barry and Rodney Bensz, principals. Representing Meridian in Michigan City. Ind.
- Sail & Ski – Founded in 1969; Rod Malone, principal. Representing Meridian in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Sail & Ski was #1 on Boating Industry’s Top 100 dealer list in 2009.
- Trudeau’s Marina – Founded in 1948; Mike Trudeau, principal. Representing Meridian in Portland, Ore.
- Horizon Yacht Sales- Founded in 2000; James Pascall, principal. Representing Meridian Yachts in Grenada and the Grenadines.
The addition of five incremental Meridian dealers is even more significant, Parmentier said, given a negative, credit-driven trend in the yacht segment toward “regional showrooms” in lieu of community dealers that keep boats in stock.

The consecutive Customer Satisfaction Index Awards Meridian has received from the National Marine Manufacturers Association are due in large part to Meridian’s extensive network of capable – and convenient – Meridian Yachts dealers,” said Brad Peer, sales manager for North America.
