Programming bloc will include three hours of fishing programming
Outdoor television’s most watched fishing programs and some of the sport’s biggest names will remain a Tuesday night mainstay as Primetime Tuesday presented by Ranger Boats returns to the Pursuit Channel in January 2013.
Slated to run during the first and second quarters of 2013, Primetime Tuesday presented by Ranger Boats marks the second year of Pursuit Channel partnership for the legendary boat brand. The three-hour bloc of primetime programming will feature non-stop angling action courtesy of some of the biggest names and highest-rated shows in the outdoor industry, giving viewers a definitive destination for entertaining and educational outdoor programming.

The Primetime Tuesday programming bloc includes IFA Redfish Tour, Scott Martin Challenge, Hank Parker’s Outdoor Magazine, Fishing Club Journal, Cabela’s Fisherman’s Handbook and Fishing Texas. Each of the shows airing during Ranger Boats’ Primetime Tuesday bloc reached at least 104,100 households per week during the first two quarters of 2012. Fishing Texas, home of the Texas Team Trail television series, was the bloc’s most-watched show in 2012 and reached more than 131,000 households weekly, becoming the top fishing show in Pursuit Channel history.
In addition to the return of Ranger Boats’ Primetime Tuesday programming bloc, the Pursuit Channel will also offer weekend afternoon SPORTFISHER programming blocs, featuring new fishing productions to help grow America’s favorite outdoor pastime.
