Hella marine’s new Oblong Courtesy Lamps are available in a surface mount version for easier installation. Featuring a slim and stylish design, the lights are ideal for brightening onboard areas, such as steps, stairs, toe kicks, storage areas, companion ways, deck fittings, signs and switches. Available in a variety of colors, including white, warm white, blue and red, the lighting design is easily customized.
Simple to install, owners just drill a .39" hole for the cable, connect the two wires, screw the unit in place and cover the fastenings with the supplied end caps or stainless steel bezel. The lamps are completely sealed and highly shock, impact and vibration resistant so they can be located on a vessel’s interior or exterior, in wet or dry conditions.
Each lamp features Multivolt electronics and reverse polarity protection, providing safe, reliable and energy-efficient illumination for 12V and 24V vessels, while only consuming 0.5 W of power. The heavy-duty Grilamid lens is impact, UV and chemical resistant.
Highly polished 316 stainless steel bezels are included with each lamp. Two black and two white plastic end caps are also supplied for installation without the bezel. Satin and gold plated 316 stainless steel bezels are offered as optional accessories.
Manufactured in New Zealand and supported with a 5-year warranty, these Surface Mount Oblong Courtesy Lamps offer complete fit-and-forget peace of mind. Each measures 3.31" L x 1.14" W x .35" H.
