When bass are aggressive and feeding the Bull Minnow is ideal as a power fishing tool. Available in a four- and five-inch model, the Bull Minnow can cover lots of water in a short amount of time. The Xternal Weight System is positioned low and forward to stabilize the Bull Minnow and to allow the bait to ride more forward through the water.
One large internal free bead creates a knocking sound while jerking the bait, enticing fish and promotes casting distance. For power crankin in the hot summer months; cast the Bull Minnow and retrieve the bait at the desired speed. Let the fish dictate how fast or slow the bait is retrieved.
As a power jerkbait, the Bull Minnow is designed to handle aggressive fishing by anglers. While retrieving, jerk the rod in a sweeping motion, causing the humpbacked minnow to swim wildly. Pause for a second and continue this sweeping action till the Bull Minnow is back at the boat.
The Bull Minnow is best used when fishing is tougher and bass need to be nudged a bit for a reaction bite. It is available in two models, the 4- inch model dives 2-5 feet while the 5-inch model goes 3-6 feet. Colors offered in the Bull Minnow are: Black Chrome, Black Gold, Bone Parrot, Chartreuse Tiger, Dark Blue Chrome, Eruption, Firetiger, Smokin Black Shad, Smokin Blue Chrome and Spotted Gray Shiner.
