“The 2 of Us” Couples S.E. Region held its final event at Lowe’s Creek Park. Sixteen couples participated. 47 bass were brought to the scales with a total weight of 107.51 lbs. The average weight was 2.3 lbs.
John and Christie Cure placed first with 5 fish weighing 16.85 lbs. John also had men’s big bass weighing 6.69 lbs. Thomas and Andrea Studensky-Berry came in second with 5 fish weighing 13.74 lbs. Andrea also had ladies big bass weighing 3.48 lbs. Bob and Yoli Narron were third with 5 fish weighing 13.16 lbs. Ron and Sharon Vandersypen came in fourth with 4 fish weighing 10.60 lbs. Greg and Thelma Kipe were fifth with 5 fish weighing 9.42 lbs.
