Berkley Launches Fantasy Fish Camp Contest

Many ways to win this unique contest that starts now

It doesn’t matter if it’s friendly or for a check, Berkley anglers are always looking for ways to catch more fish. Berkley is offering all anglers a chance to live out the dream of competitive fishing through the Berkley Fantasy Fish Camp contest that is currently underway.

Forty finalists will have the opportunity to tell Berkley and the pros why they should be a part of its inaugural Fantasy Fish Camp. Four grand prize winners will receive an all-expense paid trip to Cassacoe, Ark., to learn from Berkley pros (Justin Lucas, Adrian Avena, Josh Bertrand and Hunter Shryock).

“This is a great opportunity for anglers of all skills looking to get better,” said Justin Lucas, Berkley professional angler. “This contest is the perfect way to learn from the pros in an unbelievable setting. Berkley is one of the only companies that I know to do something like this, and all an angler has to do is submit photos for the various phases of competition.”

There are eight different challenges throughout the contest ranging from “show us your biggest catch” to “show us your favorite fishing spot.” At the end of each challenge five winners will be selected by a panel of judges to move onto the finals.

“This is a very unique concept for our sport and we’re excited to give anglers a next level challenge. We are giving our fans a chance to not only fish with a pro but to learn what it takes to be a pro and evolve as an angler,” said Joshua Silva, Senior Marketing Manager for Berkley.
