The 2 of Us Couples Tournament held its Championship on Lake Brownwood on October 9th and 10th of 2010. The event was sponsored by The Brownwood Chamber of Commerce and The Early Chamber of Commerce.
Thirty-two couples competed in the two day tournament. The Championship winners were David and Molly Atwell with 15.90 pounds. Second place went to Ronnie and Liz Charanza with 11.32 pounds. Third place went to Dan and Terri Jezek with 11.31 pounds On Saturday, Tony Mattson caught Men’s Big Bass weighing 4.30 pounds; Katy Ginn caught Ladies’ Big Bass with a weight of 3.55 pounds. On Sunday, Dan Jezek caught Men’s Big Bass with a weight of 4.95 pounds and Liz Charanza caught Ladies’ Big Bass with a weight of 3.9 pounds. Remaining results are as follows:
