Pflueger is renowned for creating high quality fishing reels to satisfy every budget. When anglers play with the new Supreme low profile baitcast reel at the store counter, they will be impressed by the smooth gear feel and lightweight styling and even more surprised when they see its price tag.

The Supreme follows the proven blueprint of all Pflueger reels: quality materials, state of the art design, and unquestionable workmanship. For a smooth gear feel, the reel is built with eight double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings with instant anti-reverse, and a magnetic brake provides quick and accurate brake adjustments to assure seamless casting.

To maintain the reel?s 7.8-ounce weight, the Supremes construction consists of durable HG Hybrid graphite sideplates, a rigid aluminum frame, a curved aluminum handle with soft touch knobs and a double anodized, ported, machined aircraft aluminum spool.

The Supreme?s durability goes hand in hand with its power, as it is capable of producing a max drag up to 20lbs and possesses a set of powerful precision cut brass gears, as well as a cam locking sideplate. This reel is truly built to provide lasting performance and is considered the workhorse of the new Pflueger Low Profile family.

The Pflueger Supreme LP will be available in fall 2013 and has an MSRP of $99.95.
