Rockwall Marine - Service Department

I would like to introduce myself to you. I'm Tommy Yetts, owner of Rockwall Marine. I have been in the marine business in the Metroplex for over 30 years. I have been a certified Mercury / Mercruiser tech since 1978 and have passed certification as Class V tech for BassCat product.

I firmly believe that customer satisfaction is priority in operating a service oriented business. It is with great pleasure that I have been blessed to surround myself with such dedicated and quality employees. Likewise we are blessed to have the opportunity to sell and deal with family owned boat companies like BassCat,War Eagle, NauticStar and Buster Boats.

Let me introduce my staff:

Glyne Kollhoff has been in the marine industry over 25 years. His accomplishments include, certified Mercury / Mercruiser, certified Yamaha and certified Johnson & Evinrude.

Blake Enberg has been in the marine industry over 18 years. His accomplishments include, certified Mercury / Mercruiser, factory trained Yamaha and Master Tech for Johnson / Evinrude. Blake is a Class V certified tech for BassCat product.

Haydon Frasier has been with us for 6 years. His expertise is professional rigging and all-round customer service and sales.

Eldon Stout joined our team early in 2007 enabling us to expand our parts department and John Gasper came on board the summer of 2009 adding his extensive marine experience to our service desk.

Austin Wilfong completes our staff by assisting in detailing and rigging, providing tech support and innumerable other duties helping us to provide quality service to our customers.

Overall, we offer our customers roughly a century of combined years of boating experience.

Our hours of operation are, Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Our services include any type of mechanical work, no matter how small or large. Our warranty is based on the factory replacement part warranty. Most repairs carry a 1 year warranty. If not 1 year then we offer 6 month warranty.

We handle all insurance claims. Our reputation with the insurance industry helps to provide a comfortable and easy transaction.

We know the needs of the tournament fisherman and the recreational boater, trying to expidite their repair in the shortest amount of time.

We sell new and used boats offering consignments.
