If you love working with boats and have great managerial and people skills, we need you! Marine Outlet is currently hiring for a full-time Service Writer to lead up our service staff.
Duties include:
*Responding to customer inquiries
*Working with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
*Assigning work orders to service techs
*Making sure all service work is completed within the time quoted to the customer
Minimum Qualifications:
*Must be computer literate
*At least 1 years of service experience (marine preferred)
*At least 2 years supervisory experience
