Our ongoing commitment to "service-after the sale", is evident with the dedication to factory training for our technicians. "With the continued evolvement of outboard engines, it is crucial to stay properly trained in order to provide the quality level of service that our customers expect", says Service Manager, Chris Ryckaert. "Many of today's outboard engines consist of newer four-stroke and digital technology. These engine features were non existent in our industry up until only a few years ago."

Due to our dedicated devotion to proper training, we have become a "five-star certified" Yamaha service center; Yamaha's highest dealership service achievement level. We have also been recognized by Suzuki for multiple years as a "Super Service Award" dealer. This distinction goes to only the top 10% of all Suzuki servicing dealers.

Our Parts & Accessories Dept. provides the components necessary to keep our customers' products working properly. In additon to supporting our Service Dept., this dept. is vital to providing our customers with the maintainence products they need for their boats, engines, and trailers. Tim's Marine parts consultant, John Dike, shares his point of view. "In my 20 years of experience in the marine industry, I have seen first hand the benefits of regular and proper maintenance to marine products. Those who follow recommended maintainence guidelines reap the benefit of increasing the dependability of their product throughout the course of ownership".
