The shop foreman oversees the service portion of Gulf Coast Boats and oversees a staff of factory authorized Certified Technicians for Yamaha Outboard products for the dealership. The dealership was recently recognized as "Best in Class" for Skeeter service. Gulf Coast Boats has also been a sales award winning Skeeter Dealer for 23 years and continues year after year to remain as one of the Top-selling dealers among all Skeeter Dealers nationwide.

The staff at Gulf Coast Boats are members of the Acadiana Boat Association & Louisiana Marine Trades Association and regularly participate in various marine certification courses around the country. During the fall of last year, the dealership participated in 4 national conferences gaining additional industry certifications.
