Lodging
Two People - $ 50.00 per night
$10.00 per additional person, plus tax.
Located on Hwy 154 two miles south of Yantis, Texas. All rooms have two very comfortable and inviting full size beds, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cable TV and a boat garage with each room.

Crappie Fishing
Our Crappie trips start around October and go through January. Lake Fork is an excellent Crappie lake, the lake record is over 3 lbs. There is a 10 inch length limit and 25 fish creel limit per person. From December 1 to the last day of February all crappie, no matter what length must be retained. Crappie jigs and minnows are used to catch these fish. Call or email me for more information on crappie trips.

Guide Services
Two people, one day $250.00
Second day, $225.00
Additional person $75.00 per day.
Trail Boats $100.00 per day.
Trips are no less than 10 hours.
Half a day $150.00 for two people for 5 hours.
Night trips June to October.
Crappie trips October To January
Deposit of $125.00 required.
