Denali Rods is announcing the formation of a new Walleye Team to design and promote new rods for walleye techniques.  Dean Arnoldussen, John Gillman, Kevan Kokkonen, Casey Holte, Rob Ruckman and Bill Osterman will make up this newly formed Denali Walleye Team.  Denali has diversified their product assortment in recent months with the addition of catfish and crappie specific rods and soon walleye technique rods will be offered also.  These new walleye rods will be launched under the Myriad name and were created with the input from this team of experienced walleye anglers.

Scott Estes President of Denali Rods says “Finding the right team was a key to being able to get the right actions for these rods.  Dean, John, Kevan, Casey, Bill, and Rob have given us a lot of input from their experiences to make these new products in our Myriad Series.  Like our other series, I believe we have developed a high performance rod with great appearance and value for walleye anglers”.

Dean Arnoldussen says, “I have spent most of my time on the water trolling. For years, I was looking for an 8’6” telescoping rod that had a soft tip, amazing action, and micro guides, Denali has nailed it with the new Myriad trolling rod, this is everything I have ever wanted out of a trolling rod and more!!!”

John Gillman adds, “I look forward to working with Denali Rods in the future and helping them develop walleye rods and actions that anglers are looking for. I have seen the loyal Denali following on the bass side of the rod market and want to carry this over to the walleye side. Since the beginning of my walleye career, trolling has been my favorite technique. Denali Rods has developed a new trolling rod that has all the characteristics I have ever wanted!  The Myriad trolling rod is telescopic, and it comes in 8’ and also 8’6”. The perfect action that has forgiveness but just the right amount of backbone!  It comes with 16 semi- micro guides unlike any trolling rod you will see, on a flat black blank with a great overall appearance. High quality components and the perfect action sets it apart from the competition”.

Denali rods are known for high quality at a great value with cutting edge appearance and unequalled strength and warranty.   If you need more information about Denali Rods and its products, please contact Scott Petersen Denali Media Coordinator at 651-338-5359.
