Qualifying Events pay 70%	1-5 places paid
Championship Event pays 80%	1-4 places paid

POINTS Points will be awarded to couples by order of their finish in each tournament determined by total weight of their catch. Teams who do not weigh any fish will receive 25 points for entering the tournament. If more than 100 couples enter the event, points will be adjusted accordingly.

To be eligible for the Championship tournament a couple must accumulate a total of 300 points in the qualifying tournaments. There will be a total of six (6) qualifying events in each region. All couples that have entered five (5) or more events and have less than 300 points will be entered in the Wild Card Drawing for the Championship. Five (5) Wild Card teams will be drawn from each region.

Couples who fish an earlybird open will receive 25 bonus points when they pay their membership to "The 2 of us Couples Tournaments"

A.O.Y.

Anglers of the year are selected on the basis of high point finishers in each region. Only points awarded during the regions 6 qualifying events count toward A.O.Y. races. Earlybird points do not count for A.O.Y. A.O.Y.'s receive special recognition and awards at the current years Championship and fish the next years season entry free.
