(Jun. 24, 2009 - Toledo Bend Res., TX)... "The 2 of Us" Couples S.E. Region held its last event at Lowe’s Creek Park. Sixteen couples participated. 55 bass were brought to the scales with a total weight of 123.65 lbs. The average weight was 2.25 lbs.
Dennis and Melanie Fikes placed first with 5 fish weighing 17.17 lbs. Joe Hill and Amy Miller came in second with 4 fish weighing 13.60 lbs. Amy had ladies big bass weighing 7.62 lbs. Bill Wilcox and Barbara Potts were third with 5 fish weighing 12.99 lbs. Bill Wilcox also had men’s big bass weighing 5.02 lbs. Ernie Provasek and Tommie Domingue came in fourth with 5 fish weighing 12.34 lbs. Shawn and Christine Malone were fifth with 5 fish weighing 10.32 lbs.
