(May. 15, 2009 - Lake Sam Rayburn, TX)... "The 2 of Us" Couples S.E. Region held its 5th event at Mill Creek Park. Eighteen couples participated. 59 bass were brought to the scales with a total weight of 120.89 lbs. The average weight was 2.05 lbs.
Amy Miller and Joe Hill placed first with 5 fish weighing 13.29 lbs. Rick and Debbie Barns came in second with 5 fish weighing 13.24 lbs. Larry and Joyce Coleman were third with 5 fish weighing 12.90 lbs. Larry also had men’s big bass weighing 5.63 lbs. Dennie and Melanie Fikes came in fourth with 5 fish weighing 12.72 lbs. David and Molly Atwell were fifth with 5 fish weighing 11.35 lbs. Molly had ladies big bass weighing 4.63 lbs.
