First place was won by Team TTZ, James Roberts and Brian Burns of Austin, TX, weighing in 5 fish for a total weight of 17.08 pounds. Allen and Andrew McAdams of Waco, TX, won second place with a five fish limit of 16.75 pounds earning them $1,500. The 2009 TuffMan champions, John Guerra and Paul Stokes, both from Temple, TX, came in third with five fish at 16.25 pounds. They also had big bass at 6.85 pounds, winning them $1,994. The next TuffMan Qualifier will be October 24th on Lake Limestone. The TuffMan Black Bass Tournament Trail is open to all fishermen. Teams may qualify for the championship by finishing in the top 12 of an individual tournament or by being in the top 12 in points after all teams that have qualified are removed from the points listing. Entry fee is $200 per two person team.
