Bit of Humor From the Photographer: I am all prepared for the event. Plenty of disc. Fully charged battery. Arrived early for good seating. Happily taking photos of contestants. "Then" in comes the largest and winning catch. Taking photos as they pull out their catch. Prize winning shot coming up. OH NO! Camera says Disc Full! I quickly pull out a new disc - having to turn off my camera to insert the new disc (as mine is well worn) other photographers still shooting. I have time. Insert the new disc - turn camera back on - press button for the shot - OH NO! No click - try again - No click! Look at screen - it says disc error (bad disc). Winners starting to leave the stage. PANIC- What do I do now??!! I'm losing the shot. Jump up in the crowd of HUNDREDS of spectators - "WAIT - WAIT" I didn't get the shot! They go back up. Turn camera off - quickly insert a new disc - turn camera back on. Needless to say Our Prize winning LIVE fish were turning a little "green around the gills as they gasp for air" I don't think they were quit as lively either. Quick - Got the shot! Dump them in the tank. A special Thank You again to the winners for their patience. And Thank You to Rick Smith for putting up with me. Hope everyone had a good time.
