Shipping Information
Orders for instock items will ship within 5-7 working days (with the execption of weekends and holidays). Shipping for U.S. orders will be via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Overnight and express shipping available, call or e-mail for details and pricing.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders - call or e-mail for shipping information.
Returns
Check all items upon receipt of order. If not completely satisfied, return any unused item in its original condition, with all parts and packaging within 10 days for refund or exchange. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns for proper credit. Shipping charges are not refundable, return charges are the responsibility of customer. Credit will be issued upon arrival of merchandise.
We are unable to make repairs or adjustments on any defective merchandise on behalf of the manufacturer. Any item found to be defective should be returned to manufacturer for repair or replacement according to the terms of their guarantee.
