(Aug. 17, 2009 - Lake Freeman, IN)... Lake Freeman was the sight of the sixth TVA series event for 2009. 21 anglers showed up to fish what is probably the toughest lake on the circuit right now. This the largest turnout of the 2009 season, amazingly. Thanks to all of the anglers that participated on this challenging piece of water.
Congratulations to Kyle Need of Monticello, In. with the winning bag. He had 4 fish weighing 7.92. Kyle started with TVA last year, and we congratulate him on his first TVA victory. In second was Joe Castello of Lafayette, In. with 4 fish weighing 7.36. In third was Eric Camden of Noblesville, In. with 3 fish weighing 4.86. Eric is a non boater and started fishing with TVA last fall. Welcome aboard Eric, and also congratulations. In fourth was Brian Roberts of Mulberry, In. with 3 fish weighing 4.79.
Thanks to all of the anglers that participated and thanks to Jenny Garvin. Jenny owns Dodge Camp ramp and we always appreciate the use of the facility.
