Johnson, a company known for its legendary Beetle Spin lure, has announced their sponsorship of the Bass Pro Shops Crappie Masters Tournament Trail for the upcoming year. Johnson has partnered with pro anglers Scott and Billy Williams to tackle the tour.

The father & son team from Georgia was very successful in 2013. As the 2013 Florida State Champions and fourth place finishers at the 2013 Crappie Masters Classic, Team Williams finished fourth in the Team of the Year category.
Bass Pro Shops Crappie Masters is a professional crappie fishing trail for crappie anglers. The goal of the Trail is to promote, enhance and preserve our outdoor heritage and specifically crappie fishing.
