Micro guide rods have become standard on tour-level events as well as a fixture on lakes across the nation, but none have been tailored to suit the technique-specific angler. The new All Star ASMicro Series is designed to give anglers all the benefits of a micro guide rod, but offers anglers the technique specific lengths and actions they demand.
Featuring a Micro Titanium framed guide system; the All Star ASMicro Series provides a balanced, lightweight platform that allows anglers all day use without worry of fatigue brought on by a weighty rod.
The new Fuji skeleton reel seat is designed to bring the reel up higher to allow more hand contact with the blank for added sensitivity. With split grip designs, the ASM Series features rods to fit any technique specific angler from the lightest drop shot rod to the Big Crankin’ rod. Each rod is distinctly labeled so identification is easily accomplished whether anglers fish from the boat or on the shore.
The new ASM Series will be available at all Academy stores and online at the academy website.
ASM Series rods are designed and crafted with proven technique specific lengths and actions for various fresh applications that All Star is known for. The ASM Series consists of 12 freshwater baitcasting and five freshwater spinning rods. MSRP is $129.99.
