Shipping Information
Shipping for U.S. orders will be via United Parcel Service (UPS). Next day, 2nd day, and 3-day shipping is available, call for details and pricing(817-281-9488) or e-mail pouryourownworms@swbell.net

Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico orders will be subject to additional shipping charges.* Shipping costs are estimated. If there are differences in the final shipping and handling charges, you will be notified before being charged. 5-Gallon containers weigh 47lbs, Estimated shipping charges $25.00 (You will only be charged exact shipping cost.)

LARGE ITEMS or QUANTITIES: Freight will be F.O.B. our plant in Fort Worth, Texas. Shipments weighing 250 lbs. or more will be shipped by Motor Freight-collect.

International orders will be shipped United States Postal Service by Express Mail International 3-5 day delivery. For estimated shipping charges you can visit www.usps.com

Returns
Check all items upon receipt of order. If not completely satisfied, return any unused item in its original condition, with all parts and packaging within 10 days of receiving your order for refund or exchange. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns for proper credit. Special orders cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable, return charges are the responsibility of customer. Credit will be issued upon arrival of merchandise.
