Shipping Information
Shipping and handling to be billed at the close of the order is based on the order amount. Free shipping on orders over $50 is provided, unless shipped outside the continental US. Orders shipped outside the Continental US will be charged actual cost to ship UPS International Ground plus a $35 international handling fee. Customer will also pay duties and taxes at time of delivery. If not paid at time of delivery, HiCORP will charge to credit card used at time of order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless expedited shipping method is requested.
Shipments do not require customer signature upon delivery.

* Lost packages - Please contact us within 30 days of tracking delivery date to file claim with FedEx. Orders will be replaced upon FedEx approval of claim and receipt of FedEx reimbursement.

* Damaged packages - Please contact us within 15 days of tracking delivery date to file claim with FedEx. Orders will be replaced upon FedEx approval of claim and receipt of FedEx reimbursement.

Returns
Returns and Refunds
We will gladly offer a refund or replace an item at no additional charge if any item is found to be defective or if we have made an error with an order. If an item is returned because it does not fit correctly or for any reason beyond our control, there will be a $5 restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges. All returns must include the original packing slip and any information pertaining to the return. We cannot exchange or give refunds on personalized items or on items that have been worn or laundered.
