Before Dennis was a pro he placed 1st in Amateur division of 2002 Citgo Bassmaster Classic at Lake Seminole. He has recently started fishing professionally on the tournament trail. Dennis has won three events and has over $25,000 in career winnings. He enjoys spending time with his wife Crystal and his son Colby. Dennis attended Bethel College in North Newton Kansas. Besides fishing, he enjoys whitewater rafting and raising sheep. Dennis has a busy schedule this year- as he has 12 tournaments planned in 2006. Dennis has fished both B.A.S.S. and FLW tournaments and he was the 2001 B.A.S.S. Federation Kentucky Angler of the Year.
