Shipping Information
Orders for in stock items received before 4 PM (Central Time) will ship next day (with the exception of weekends and holidays). Shipping for U.S. orders will be via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Overnight and express shipping available, call or e-mail for details and pricing.

Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders - call or e-mail for shipping information.

Returns
All shipments must be checked immediately upon receipt. Any return notifications must be made within 10 days from the day of invoice. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number given by our customer service personnel. Shipping charges are not refundable, return charges are the responsibility of customer. Credit will be issued upon arrival of merchandise.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Novus/Discover, American Express & C.O.D. (Cashier Checks or Money Orders only, Add $7.00 C.O.D. fee)

Personal and/or Company Checks accepted, allow 2 weeks for checks to clear. We do not ship orders before checks have cleared the bank.

We accept phone in (337 232-7326) orders for customers who do not wish to use their credit card information on the internet.

Returned checks subject to a $15.00 Service Charge.

No sales tax except Louisiana residents (add 4.0%)
