Shipping Information
Orders for instock items received before noon (Central Time) will ship same day (with the execption of weekends and holidays). Shipping for U.S. orders will be via UPS Ground or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Overnight and express shipping available, call for details and pricing.

Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders - call for shipping information.

Returns
Check all items upon receipt of order. If not completely satisfied, return any unused item in its original condition, with all parts and packaging within 10 days for refund or exchange. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns for proper credit. Shipping charges are not refundable, return charges are the responsibility of customer. Credit will be issued upon arrival of merchandise.

All Equalizer Scales and Remote LED Displays carry a one year warranty. If we are unable to complete the repairs in time for your next tournament, we will provide you with a loaner unit. Be sure to ask us about our Extended Warranty Program, we have 1 year, 2 year and 3 year programs.

Allow 2 weeks for checks to clear.

Returned checks subject to a $15.00 Service Charge.
