Bucks Fighting Over Doe Harem

Raging hormones during the deer rut cause these two 10 point class south Texas buck to lock into a full blown fight for more than 5 minutes-The bucks were fighting over a small harem of doe who were standing off to the right of this scene- this type of activity is common during the rutting season which cause the bucks necks to swell and their normal fears and cautions to wane as they concentrate on mating and fighting for the right to mate- not far from this scene I actually had an ornery buck who was in full rut charge me when I got too close to him- (MAN- I never thought that i could still move that FAST as "instant panic" generated fleeting feets to avoid the buck who came within just inches of hooking me with his 10 SHARP points)-(8X11 color print-$30.00)- e-mail request to
