Constant showers and a sometimes stiff breeze made fishing difficult at our tournament on Purtis Creek.It didn’t seem to bother Dawn March who caught the Big Bass of the day weighing in at 5.38 lbs. Her total weight for three fish and First Place was 8.54 lbs. Her fish were caught on a topwater and 10 inch worms. Jan Bruner came in Second with two fish and a total weight of 5.85 lbs. Her fish were caught on black worms.
Third Place was won by Cindy Strong with two fish caught on a crankbait and a topwater, for a total weight of 3.42 lbs.
