Taking 2nd Place at Eagle Mountain were Bryan & Kim Harris. They also came to the scales with a five fish limit of bass weighing 12.05 lbs. just a half of a pound behind Danny & Ginger. Bryan & Kim’s bag of bass was anchored by a nice 3.92 pound fish. They just needed to cull the one "squeaker" fish in their stringer to contend for first place. Bryan said most of their fish came from the deeper docks. Finishing in 3rd Place was one of CAST Metroplex’s couples from last year, Bobby & Joanna Clark. Bobby & Joanna fished the CAST North Region in 2008; capturing the Anglers of the Year title in that region! Bobby & Joanna managed a five fish limit of "swimmers" weighing 9.05 lbs. They just did not find the one or two bigger bites they needed for the day. Bobby & Joanna were ambassadors to the CAST Metroplex couples enabling us to fish from the Fort Worth Anglers Club facilities at Eagle Mountain Lake. The Fort Worth Anglers Club has an excellent club house, ramp, and dock facilities. From all the couples of the CAST Metroplex region we want to extend a special Thank You to the men and women of the Fort Worth Anglers Club and to Bobby & Joanna Clark for hosting our tournament. The final standings for the CAST Metroplex Region for qualification to the 2008 CAST TOP SIX Invitational Tournament are, in order: John Staley & Page Cundiff, David & Charlotte Harris, Shane & Rebecca Timm, Jeff & Susan Brandon, Danny & Ginger Moore, and Quincy & Carolyn Brown. These six couples will be the primary members of the CAST Metroplex Region’s TOP SIX Team!!! Alternates to the TOP SIX Team are, in order: Chris & Rebecca Wright, Kevin & Julie Seibold, Steve & Debbie Amburn, and Cary & Carrie Adams.
