Shipping Information
All Bumper Stumper lures are 100% hand made so orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping for U.S. orders will be via USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. Overnight and express shipping available, call 972-757-LURE (5873) or e-mail for details and pricing.
You can also enter comments in the comment section of the cart checkout process and we will contact you for special shipping arrangements requested.
If you have any question regarding your order please email kerry@bumperstumper.com, and refer to your order number, enter a comment in the cart checkout process or call 972-757-LURE(5873).
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders - call or e-mail for shipping information.
Returns
Check all items upon receipt of order.
If not completely satisfied, contact Bumper Stumper Lures to obtain authorization before returning any merchandise.
Return any unused item in its original condition within 10 days for refund. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns for proper credit. Shipping charges are not refundable, return charges are the responsibility of customer. Credit or refund will be issued upon arrival of merchandise.
Bumper Stumper Lures offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase.
Included with each order is an invoice. Return product(s) and invoice via USPS insured with delivery confirmation. If you receive merchandise not on your packing slip, we will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs. Merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air. Please be aware shipping and packing services charge extra for these services and those charges will not be reimbursed.
Please include your order number, name, address and daytime phone number. Also include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

We accept electronic forms of payment via VISA, MASTERCARD and PayPal. If you uncomfortable entering your credit card information on our website, please call and we can take a verbal order too.
If you wish to pay with a Personal Check, Company Check or Money Order, but allow 2 weeks for checks to clear before shipping will occur.
