Townsend Fish Skinner
Item #:Town1
Skin Any Fish!
Price: $25.00
There's no trick to skinning fish with a Townsend Fish Skinner. It operates as easily as a can opener. Removes the skin with the scales-without throwing a singe scale. Does not tear flesh. Works equally well on fish with scales or scaleless fish.
Three simple steps.
1. Clean fish as usual. Remove the side fins with head, by cutting just behind gill bone.
2. Cut through the skin lengthwise along back and belly. Cut on both sides of the fins. Then remove all fins.
3. Gently pinch exposed end of skin between Townsend blade and roller. Turn Townsend wing handle clockwise to remove skin. Remove tail & Cook!
