Shipping Information
Allow 4 to 6 weeks delivery for all clothing orders. Shipping for U.S. orders will be via UPS Ground or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Overnight and express shipping available, call or e-mail for details and pricing.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders - call or e-mail for shipping information.
Returns
Any personalized orders that are embroidered with individual names are not returnable. Please make certain that spelling of names, company, etc. are correct at time of order.
All returns must have RMA numbers that can be obtained by calling Bass Cat Boats at (870) 481-5135 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, (CST) Monday thru Friday.
